Delivery and Shipping Information
All product prices are in $AUD and include GST. Deliveries can only be made to addresses within Australia - we DO NOT ship overseas at this time.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries will usually be dispatched within 5-7 days from when payment was processed, if there are any changes in estimated delivery times, supply, replacement products etc these will be fully communicated with you.
To ensure that your order arrives at their destination in the best possible condition, Scrumptious Chocolates and Cakes may delay the delivery of chocolates and other food items for one or two days if the weather is extremely hot on the day the chocolates are ordered. Also, if it is a Friday, we will generally attempt to send products on the following Monday so that the products do not sit in a delivery depot over the weekend. Sydney customers of course may choose the option of picking up their order from our Double Bay store by arrangement.
Postage
Products are dispatched from our Sydney store.
Orders up to $50 will incur a delivery fee of $7.95.
Orders between $50 and $150 will incur delivery fee of $14.95.
All orders over $150 are delivered FREE.
Multiple Delivery Addresses
Occasionally customers ask to place a single order to be split and delivered to multiple addresses. Unfortunately due to the complexity of calculating shipping costs etc you must place a separate single order for each destination address.
If you wish to send 5 or more gifts to multiple different addresses you can contact us directly via phone or email to place your order.
